While I am overjoyed by the on screen mouse commands like FF and RW, would it be possible to have them stay visible for a little while longer? I am selecting FF to get through the commercials and can only get two clicks before they disappear. One work around is to constantly move the mouse to the lower edge of the screen each click and then return for a subsequent FF command. Keeping it on screen a little longer allowing perhaps 4 or 5 FF clicks would be ideal.

Thanks again for this update. I no longer have to keep a keyboard on my lap while watching a show.

Buy a kit like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/HP-MCE-Remote-Co...SwQTVV75Mu and you can just use a remote to control NPVR. Way easier than messing with a mouse or keyboard. Smile

Thanks Harry, I actually do have a MCE remote and have used it in the past. My situation is this is the same pc I use for netflix etc. and require a mouse for those instances. Having another remote on the coffee table is a little cumbersome. Just thought we made great strides with the on screen mouse and perhaps it could be tweaked ever so slightly.

sounds like what is happening is that the timeout for clearing the on-screen mouse buttons isn't being reset when you click a button. we can call that a bug, or perhaps incomplete implementation. perhaps sub can be persuaded to improve that code for the next release.

Went back to using my MCE remote. Easier to handle while sitting on the couch anyway.

I've fixed this issue for the next release.
