Got these after I got the Pi going again using gpu_mem_1024=256 (for some reason it was 64).
I need to find out what is best.

So I haven't been able to check whether removing the zip file helps or not yet (BrettB yes there is one in the show "Ghost" directory, my mistake. I took it out. I am not sure whether to remove the .txt as well though, I thought the PCH used that - still using the PCH).

The PCH should use the .edl files just fine. I haven't had Comskip generating the .txt files for a while.

OK. I think that your problem on the RPi now is that you've got back slashes instead for forward slashes in your <from> sections.

Great, the less unnecessary fluff the better.

I found this on the comskip forum, for future reference.
I tested the PCH with only edl and the nfo files; all good, you are correct.

Could either of you point me to the Q about the ffmpeg error and how to update it? If as I suspect it is updated with Openelec updates, I have some work to do sending a sample to the ffmpeg people.

I attach the successful log.
I also attach a log showing that the menus seem to become unresponsive and I get stuck in X-Newa, but I am guessing this is server speed related?
I have tried to trim down Openelec/Kodi as much as possible.

I think there's a lot of fine tuning to do, but for now, it plays like the PCH does and it skips ads.

I really hope this thread helps others too.

K, You are hitting keys too fast (3 times in a second here) and everything is getting bogged down. It might be an IR repeat issue.

I really don't know anything about trying to update ffmpeg. I'm sure the "normal" way for it to be updated is with Openelec updates. It seems like most of the messages are DEBUG ones, now that you have things working, when you turn off debug output they will go away. If you are trying to use/display the subtitles (in either of the languages), then I'm guessing you will have problems and would need something different. :-(

Absolutely not. What I am suggesting is using drive letters in NextPVR is the problem. x-newa can translate Windows style \\share\sharename without needing a advancedsettings.xml
