Yes, I recorded the file on an NTFS drive.

Unfortunately, I already deleted the video. I had to install the bad HD HomeRun software and make another recording, which I have uploaded to this link:

I first looked in the folder where the recording was stored, and then I did a system wide search. I couldn't find any files that include the string "timing".

It's embedded within the recording file, not a sperate file. You can view it by running:

notepad "c:\path\to\Maury_20160204_17001800.ts:timing.info"

This tells notepad to open the "timing.info" file within the "c:\path\to\Maury_20160204_17001800.ts" file.
