tuning with Actisys IR

Channels with 1 in them tune to an incorrect channel (without the 1)
I have tried the learn function several times but I get the same result. I have not had this problem with sagetv or snapstream.

Any Ideas?

The next release will allow you to specify the IR repeat count and pause between digits, which (with a bit of tweaking) should hopefully sort it out for you.
