It looks like Schedules Direct was possibly down at the time your EPG update tried to happen.

Schedules Direct can see what happened, and are looking at fix options now.

Just tried to get epg data from Schedules Direct for the first time but getting no listings at all. Looked in the log and I'm getting errors like this for every channel and date

is this related the problem mentioned here or is this a different issue.

no longer having that issue but now only getting some channels and the log shows errors similar to what the OP was getting

I just did an EPG update and I'm still having the same issue. Most of the main American and Canadian network listings (CTV, CBC, CBLT, NBC, ABC, etc.) and some cable channels show "no show detail" in all time slots.

There is a caching layer between the frontends and backends, which I forced clean. Other application developers have let me know that after the cache flush they're ok. Can you provide more details so that we can troubleshoot where the issue is?

:eek: I tried another update but this time I emptied the EPG before running the update. This time the entire EPG has no data. I've attached the log, shows the same errors as before but there are a lot more of them. Please let me know if you need more info.

My issue still exists. Unfortunately, I actually switched to an xmltv.exe workaround. This ate up the majority of my weekend.

Yes, there is still an issue. I've emailed SD about it.
