Clear QAM - Missing lower (local) channels

They are in fact all digital as our service provider went full digital removing all analog channels.

I will start working on it sub and I will report my findings as soon as I get somewhere.

I am experiencing the same issue except that I am missing the upper channels when NPVR does a scan for QAM cable channels from my HDHR. The problem for me happened when going from NPVR 3.6.6 to 3.7.7. For example, with NPVR 3.6.6 the scan for QAM channels produced channels 76 to 119 with all the sub channels. When I scan with NPVR 3.7.7 all I get is 76 through 77 and the sub channels. I monitored the channels being scanned with the HDHR utility and I saw the active channel present but NPVR 3.7.7 did not add the channel to the list. When I revert back to NPVR 3.6.6 the scan produced channels 76 through 119 as it should.

I have tried doing a clean install (NPVR not previously installed) of NPVR 3.7.7 on a different PC on my network and I get the same result (chan 76-77) after a scan.

I am currently running Win 10 and the other PC that I tried NPVR 3.7.7 on is Win 7. Since 3.6.6 is working fine for me I will continue to use that version until 3.7.7 gets fixed.

Did you download the latest installer to use for your clean install? There was a problem with QAM scanning in the initial release of 3.7.7 which sub later fixed. So, you want to make sure that you have the latest 3.7.7 installer. (No, the version number was not changed, but the installer was updated to include all of the latest fixes.)

I did not download the the latest installer on the clean install. I will download the latest installer and try that. Will post again and let you know if it works. Thanks!

I downloaded the 3.7.7 installer today and ran it. After installing I tried a channel scan and got the same channels (76-77).
