Properly describe the problem you're seeing, and zip and attach your logs and we'll take a look. I have no idea what you're trying to describe above.

ok, sorry.
My recordings are short.

These are programs that are set to record all new episodes.
The recordings start on time, but the files are tiny.

Latest was tonight, log files attached.
Recording started at 19.58, log file says the stream stopped at 21:02 which is right, 2 mins of padding on a program that lasts for an hour.
But the file is tiny, 410KB

If you create a c:\temp directory, does a c:\temp\crash.mdmp file get created at the time the recording stops short?

From the dump, it looks like it's dying in the Microsoft psisdecd.dll file. I'm not sure why that'd be. The only known problems that could cause that related to Windows XP, which I dont think you're using?
