Timing.Info creator

I was looking for this utility but as someone that doesn't use forums much, I didn't realize that attachments are occasionally purged from the forum and that is why this utility isn't attached anymore. Additionally, mvallevand let me know that due to hardware failure, he lost the release version. Might someone who has that version be able to attach it again?

I found the attached version on my old hard drive, it appears to have been downloaded in Oct 2013 so it should be the last version.
