Can I Create a 4th Media Folder?

I have a large number of home videos and another large folder of ripped movies. When I go to Settings > Media Folders, it appears my only choice is to point to both libraries within the VIDEO media folder. It seems to me that I would be better organized if I could create a 4th Media Folder for my MOVIES.
Is there a way to do this?
Let me know if/how I should be thinking about this differently.

Are you playing the ripped movies using the Videos item in NextPVR? You should be able to point to as many folders as you want at Settings --> Media Folders and click an Add button ... http://www.nextpvr.com/nwiki/pmwiki.php?...diaFolders

For the avoidance of doubt ... the Add button doesn't create a folder ... it adds a folder to the list of folders that are accessible from within NextPVR (apologies if I am stating the bleedin' obvious)
