Kodi 12.1 - Missing HD Channels

Just setup Kodi & NextPVR for the first time on Windows 10. When I step NextPVR and HDHomeRun Prime, all my HDChannels show up. When I go into Kodi I load up the channels I only get to channel 422. I tried clrearing and re-downloading, but the result is the same.

Bonus Question: Any reason why only one Channel logo is showing up in NextPVR?

Figured out my issue, Kodi is really flaky sometimes.
Took 3 times reseting and unchecking and rechecking
"Use Channel Numbers from Backend"

Newer versions of Kodi may work better, too. I've been using the betas of Krypton (Kodi 17) without any major issues.
