Still cannot scan channels

Hey guys, I have an issue that I have spent many hours trying to fix (posting here is my lat option)

I have NextPVR and a HDHomeRun - this used to work flawlessly but then recently stopped recording or tuning to a channel.

HDHomeRun successfully detects all channels but when I do a channel scan with NPVR It doesnt scan any channels. The only thing thats changed recently would probably be a software update.

windows 10 on an intel nuc i3.

Some things I have done to try and fix the issue:

I have completely disabled the windows firewall
reset the HDHomeRun, checked for updates, reconfigured the HDHomeRun and rescanned fpr channels
done a fresh install of Windows 10 - reinstalled the software and started again
in the HDHomeRun I changed the 'BDA Compatabiliy mode' to both 'default' and 'NextPVR' but neither worked.

I have attached the log. any suggestions would be hugely appreciated.

I'm pretty sure it'll be something blocking the network traffic from getting to NextPVR. Are you sure you disabled all the firewalls you've got? Some people have been running multiple and not even realised it.

Are you running any antivirus or net-nanny type software? These can sometimes perform a firewall type function, blocking network traffic.

If you still cant get it working, and are desperate, I'm happy to remotely connect to your machine via TeamViewer or Remote Desktop, and take a look for you. I could do some low level checks to see if NextPVR is receiving any data from your device.

Have you done an 'Australia' / 'All Regions' scan? ie, in case you're choosing your local transmitter and the frequencies are out of date.

Have you tried running the HDHomeRun Config utility while scanning, so you can watch the HDHR tuning frequencies, to confirm if it gets a signal lock?

I did have an accountability/net-nanny software installed, called Covenant Eyes http://www.covenanteyes.com/

I removed that software and did a scan and I have found all my channels again. You just made my day thankyou so much.

If I can be of any assistance to prevent this being an issue for others let me know.
I have to work out how to get covenant eyes back on the PC without it killing NPVR.
