the last setting is for shows that only have a sliver of a show in the begining of the show. It will reset the frame position to 0 in the case where it is less then the specified number.

I don't know why this isn't quite making sense to only me (I also thought xing was a real word until I was 25, I am diagnosedly slow...)

So is for when, say on a show like Friends, they have some little short 10-30sec segment up front before the show? If that's what it's for, what is it doing w/ that snip?

I just haven't been able to learn as well since the decline of the filmstrim

I will keep trying.

For example Seseme Street always has a 3 second clip which comskip detects as a show in the beginging. I can use this to snip that segment.
