Schedules Direct Data not Updating?

Hi
I'm in the UK using Schedules Direct as main EPG source. I've noticed this morning that I have no data beyond next weekend, although usually I get two weeks' data. I have checked SD website and my subscription is OK and they are not reporting any problem.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something more significant going on?

I'm getting a bit worried as I'm on holiday after next weekend, and if there's a real issue it's going to be a minor disaster for me....

Just had a peek and I have terrestrial data to 11th Feb 0600 (my epg grab is at 0700) and Sky stuff 11th feb midnight.

Not that I'm aware of. the SD site says all settings are in the client for the json service and I'm using the lineup

There is a <SchedulesDirectDaysOvernight> setting in config.xml, which controls the number of days of listings it askes for. There is also a <SchedulesDirectDays> setting which controls the number of days when you manually initiate it from a click of the 'Update EPG' button.

Hi, thanks for the help. I changed <SchedulesDirectDays> and re-refreshed, and most channels now seem fine. I'll let you know if I have any further problems.

Mine are at direct 8 days and overnight 15 days. These look like the defaults.

Yes, that is correct.

The first EPG update is usually done manually, and can take quite a while since there is no existing data to build upon, so it only asks for 8 days initiated from the 'update epg' button...to make the process not take as long.

Users are able to tweak them for other values if they prefer.
