thank you, So right now I have the system working except sometime the remote PC using the web access will freeze up, let talk about my next step, the idea to have the nextPVR running in the backend meanwhile, using the latest Kodi "Krypton" II added the PVR client I have the channel loaded on the TV tab I can see the analog channels on the left pan, but when I choose the channel it goes to a waiting period when at the end it said: "tuner no longer available"
I looked at the Kodi folder/addons/pvr.nextPVR/resource/setting.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?>
<settings>
<!-- Connection -->
<category label="30040">
<setting id="host" type="text" label="30000" option="urlencoded" default="127.0.0.1" />
<setting id="port" type="number" label="30001" default="8866" />
<setting id="pin" type="text" label="30002" default="0000" />
</category>

<!-- advanced -->
<category label="30041">
<setting id="usetimeshift" type="bool" label="30003" default="false"/>
<setting id="guideartwork" type="bool" label="30004" default="false"/>
</category>
</settings>
should I send you something else to help why my tuner is no longer available...

Are you trying to load Kodi PVR over the internet? If so what is your upload speed?

Do you mean the NextPVR client as a addon on the Kodi, I had downloaded the Kodi (Krypton) already on the window 8.1 . what I get when I started the Kodi application is when I use the TV tab I will see the channels on the left pan but when I select the channel a message : "Tuner is no longer available"
My upload from speed net is:943 Mbps

I have been using the web app lately (within my home network) and it is very nice. My ISP changes my IP address regularly so I require the use of a static IP with a DDNS to access the web app from outside my home network. Where is the DDNS information entered in NextPVR?

What is the scenario where NextPVR would need to know anything about DDNS? I can understand you might want use a DDNS to be able to find your machine from out on the Internet, but NextPVR doesn't need to know anything about this. ie, it's configured externally to NextPVR.

Maybe a more precise question would be I need to know what the method is to connect remotely from outside my home network. If I put in my browsers address bar http://208.169.65.237:8866. I'll connect to NextPVR right now remotely from anywhere. But that number will change periodically from day to day so I would assume connecting remotely would be a lot like how I connect to Emby remotely, and that is with a static IP address and Emby routed to a DDNS service that points it back to my PC by continually changing the actual IP address and routing it to my PC's IP address (not completely up on the technical aspects here but I believe that is what is happening). I was assuming it would be the same since they appear to be 'porting' the NextPVR web app to make their livetv module work.

Since I believe you have Emby and NextPVR servers on the same PC, use the Emby DNS name with 8866 as the port.

To use a DDNS, you'd normally configure your router (or the DDNS provider's installed software) to periodically update the DDNS provider with your current address. Their service would give you name you can use to access your machine instead of an IP address. Then you'd access from a browser anywhere with a http://mydomain.myprovider.com:8866 type address. There is no need to configure anything in NextPVR for this type of setup.

That is easier! In that case I just need to know what mydomain and myprovider are then. Not sure what number/names you are referring as my domain and provider. Would the provider be the DDNS name that I've been using?
