Problems playing live TV with Kodi frontend (recorded tv works fine)

These are the nextpvr and kodi logs relating to my post in Kodi forum here https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=319373. I was not able to upload the attachment on the Kodi forum

That fixed it! I can access in a browser and it is now playing live TV perfectly from Kodi. Was that a newer version of the app or had something just gone wrong with my previous install?

There was a file missing in the original 0731 the sub readded to 0731 that I figured you were missing. I guess he did this to avoid having existing users upgrading but it is a nuisance for the few people who download 0731 before 0803.
