Hi everyone first post I'm a beginner
I can't find any channels when running a scan my aerial works fine when attached to a tv but nothing when attached to tuner Running windows 7 x64 & a realtek 2832u tuner Help appreciated will attach logs

There is no sign of any error happening. Is the tuner working fine in other software?

I have also tried the tuner with the software that it came with still no channels found just stated signal 100% Quality 10% but finds nothing. If you unplug the same cable and use a tv instead of the tuner it works instantly i am new to all of this so am unsure if it's the Tuner itself Maby drivers for the tuner or even the Arial but would love to get it working

Yeah, maybe look for a different version of the drivers.
I don't have any person experience with Realtek devices, but I do remember others having problems with them in the past, so it sounds like they're a bit temperamental / quirky.

I have a couple of those Realtek tuners bought for SDR use but were often a problem when used for TV. Its several years ago now but I seem to remember you had to use the supplied software and prevent Windows installing the "latest" driver which stopped it working. It may have been to do with with the fact that early versions used one tuner and later versions a different tuner.

Other people have similar problems. This thread is about Windows 10 but there is info about which driver version does work:-

Windows installs v64.1.304.209 driver date 4/3/2009 I install driver from the R820T software supplied with the tuners which installs v64.1.521.2012 date 25/5/2012 and am sure worked a year or two ago. Within a minute or so Windows has updated the driver to the 2009 version. However even if I stop Window updating the driver neither driver works!! Chris
