I scheduled a football game to record on October 8, 2017. It did record and I checked the beginning and close to the end to ensure I had the whole game recorded. The next day I tried to play the recording and the file showed 0 bytes. I then opened NextPVR and all my channels were gone and all instances of previous recordings, scheduled recordings, etc. were gone. I installed the latest version of NextPVR and when I scan for devices, it does not find any. My device is Hauppauge WinTV-HVR 955Q. I can still view channels in the WinTV8 application and in Windows Media Center. I was unable to attach the original log file so I broke it into 5 separate files.

For future reference ... there is a button that will zip your logs for you at NextPVR Settings --> About.

NextPVR stores data in two files ... config.xml and npvr.db3 at Users\Public\NPVR ... I suggest that you delete any npvr.db3 in that folder and restart NextPVR ... it should create a new empty database at restart. It might also be good to restart the NextPVR Recording Service after the new database has been created (there should be an icon in the Start Menu).
