Picture Not Full Screen on all Channels - NextPVR and HDHomeRun Extend

I got my HDHomeRun Extend installed this week and when I view the stream in NextPVR the picture will never take up the whole screen. On the HDHomeRun iOS app the picture looks normal this is just occurring on the NextPVR app on Windows 10.

Has anyone else run into this?

Does Alt + Enter do what you want?

Plus, at NextPVR Settings --> General ... there is ... Start in fullscreen mode

Do you get the same thing if you play a recording from that device? If so, can you please supply a short sample recording? Put it somewhere like dropbox or onedrive, and let me know the download link.
