One channel often has 10mb recordings

When recording from my Prime Tuner, channel 247, at 8:00, 7:58pm really, I will regularly get 10mb recordings. Star Trek: Next Generation. I have no idea why this can be. "Watching" a channel works just fine.
I'm on Comcast. Do I have something messed up?

Checking the logs, there is no errors noted, and the application recorded everything it received from the HDHomeRun between 19:58:02 and 21:02:01. If the recording doesn't is cut short, it sounds like the device stopped delivering data.

If it's regularly happening on this channel, you might need to setup some test to reproduce the problem, then fire up the HDHR Setup utility to see what it claims is happening? ie, signal lock/strength, streaming rate etc. It might give some clues what is happening.
