Crash on channel change, some channels bad

All of a sudden some of my channels are a problem. When I change to a bad channel I get an unhandled exception, npvr locks up and have to kill the process. Recordings on these channels are a problem too. The files are recorded and they play fine with other players, but when played with npvr it locks up and I have to kill the process.

Is this a decoder/renderer problem all of a sudden? Logs are attached.

Also, the problem recordings will play on the PCH, but the problem channels will not play live tv.

If you temporarily set you H.264 decoder to the LAV Video Decoder, does it make any difference?

LAV Video Decoder does not appear as a choice under H.264. I do have it for Audio. Is that a problem?

I installed LAV and chose it for H.264. All recordings and channels play now, but I still get an exception when changing channel, object reference not set to an instance of an object, but the video plays and I can close the error box.

Can you copy and post the text from that object reference message? and maybe the npvr.log too.
