download and install latest drivers from here: https://forum.silicondust.com/forum/view...19&t=20613

then go to my.hdhomerun.com. It will detect your Quatro and let you know whether or not you have the latest firmware installed (should be 20171208). If not, it will give you option to install the latest - updating firmware is highly recommended because older firmware had a major bug.

then go into settings>devices of npvr and you should see two listings for each of the four Quatro tuners, one labeled ATSC and the other QAM. Scan the ATSC devices and disable the QAM devices - you should be go to go after that.

did you run hdhomerun setup?

set BDA compatability to default?

scan channels on one of the tuners?

TeleFragger: Your Devices screen display is confusing to me because it shows that NextPVR is detecting the tuners as HDHR Primes (Type HDHR). I would expect it to show 2 available tuner devices for each physical tuner via the BDA drivers (one type QAM for digital cable and one type ATSC for over-the-air broadcasts).

I would say to definitely make sure that you've run the HDHR Setup software and (if there is any option) make sure that you install the BDA drivers. And make sure that you set the BDA compatibility to Other or Default--do NOT select "NextPVR".

THANK YOU !!!! this was it too. I was confused as to why it kept detecting as an hd homerun prime as well. Dummy me didn't realize the top of the config are TABS!!! so I clicked on Digital Antenna and had to scan in the channels. All good now on that. Next up will to be work on the epg data.. don't want to pay for SD but who knows.. if it is too much of a hastle with zap I may have too...
