Unhandled Exception Error when changing TV Channels

I have found a small problem when I watch live TV on NPVR.
If I wish to change channels while watching live TV and press the up or down key on the keyboard, up pops the onscreen program guide but after I select the channel I want to watch and hit the Return Key I receive an unhandling exception error, with the following message;

Does anyone know how to fix this, I tried reinstalling NPVR over the existing installation and all the plugins, but that did not seem to work.
I really do not want to uninstall and spend all the time setting up a new clean installation.

Does it always happen when changing to these certain channels? Can you start live tv directly on those channels?

Hi Sub
I can start any channel from the TV Guide or TV Listings pages without problems.
But if I try to change channels up or down using the keyboard arrow up/down to get the onscreen Guide then use the arrow keys up/down to select another (any) channel press the return/enter key up pops the unhandled error warning but the correct channel plays behind it and then I have to use the right arrow key to select continue to clear the warning/info box.
As you would expect I have exactly the same problem with my IR MCE Remote..
I can say that over the weekend I have had a couple of occasions when I have used this method and not had the Error warning!!

I forgot to mention in my reply above that I run NPVR on two machines, my main desktop pc which I generally only use NPVR for recording TV shows and editing, and second a PVR machine under my main TV set, used mainly for watching TV, Recordings, DVD's and as a secondary recording device in case of a recording failure on my main PC (this happens infrequently but is annoying when it does).
The Handler Error! is happening with both copies of NPVR on both machines. (Not really surprising since they are both kept up to date and are setup in the same way!)

Just sat at my PC thinking about this problem....
I tried to do a more logical analysis.
I found that the problem only occurs if I am watching a HD TV channel and try to switch to non HD (terrestrial) TV channel or vica versa.
If I change from a HD channel to another HD channel everything is OK!
If I change from one non HD channel to another again everything is OK!
I have tried a variety of different decoders, LAV, Cyberlink, Microsoft etc. it makes no difference.
I have three pci tuner cards two TBS 6281 DVB-T and one TBS6981 DVB-S, I have tried disabling all the cards in turn so that only one is working and the result is the same, dows not matter whether it's running of DVB-T or DVB-S no difference.
Very strange.

I have this issue on three computers running NextPVR.

It only occurs when changing from a SD channel to HD channel or vice versa. It doesn't happen when changing to channels with the same definition.

It began two builds ago.

I checked out the Microsoft link you suggested and hoped I could turn off jitDebugging in the registry but the keys do not exist.
I do not have Visual Studio installed so I cannot use that.
I guess the page you pasted above is for configuring jitDebugging when writing in Visual Studio.
It's beyond my experience and capability also.
I'm just hoping it can be fixed in the next NPVR update.
