Not Changing STB Channels

I just tried to watch live TV using the Hauppauge 1512 HD-PVR2 attached to my set top box. The channel is not being changed. It used to work.

So I tried the following at a command prompt:

Does this make any sense? Did I clobber something? Is the command correct?

Attached logs show my attempt to watch Fox News Channel(FNCHD) on channel 618, identified in my guide as 618.2. My ".2" suffix is simply notation that the 1512 and STB is needed to view this channel.

Run the Hauppauge IR blaster software, to check the correct set top box is configured, and it's working in there. Once it's setup and working there, then it'll with HaupBlast.exe (which just calls the Hauppauge software).
