Sub, is this patch going to be in the next release/version?

I may have found an audio control bug in this version. If you watch a video in full screen then right click and choose MUTE the audio goes off as expected. However when I choose UNMUTE the audio does not turn on.

If I go to windows MIXER it shows audio enabled for all devices including npvr and master and clicking on the sound icon on the taskbar shows 100%. One way I found of restarting the audio without rebooting is to exit NPVR start EDGE go to YOUTUBE and find a video to play. The ones that start automatically are good as they show a MUTE icon. IF I unmute the youtube video, quit edge and then restart NPVR the audio is working again.

I have Windows 10 v1709 16299.192

Weird. Having to watch a video in Edge to get it working doesn't make any sense. I just tried it here, and it unmutes just fine for me. I'm running the same version of Windows.

Tried it here and also does not unmute. Stopping the recording and restarting playback restores the sound. Audio renderer is default with AC3 Filter decoder on Win 7. The right click popup changes from Unmute to Mute, but sound does not return.

Can you let me know what these settings are in your config.xml:

<VolumeLevel>
<VolumeMuted>
<VolumeControl>

<VolumeControl>none</VolumeControl>

No entry for Muted or Control

This installation has probably been upgraded a few times.

If you set <VolumeControl>internal</VolumeControl> does it start working correctly for you?

With VolumeControl set to internal, it unmutes.

Ok, good. It'll work for 'none' in the next release too.
