Hi,
I have version 4.1.0 of Next PVR installed on a relatively fresh install of Windows 10 Pro Version 1703. Tuner card is a HVR-2250 connected to an Antenna. Channels were loaded by running a channel scan on 1 of the ATSC tuners, then exporting and importing to the other. EPG is using Schedules Direct.
I'm getting a 'Reduced Channel' message when changing channels or using the 'Now Playing' list when both of the 2250's ATSC tuners are in use. The 'Now Playing' list only shows 14 of my 69 channels. It looks like it is showing 1 sub channel from each (or most) of the channels that I receive. I understand from other posts this is because those are the channels that it thinks it can tune too based on the state of the tuner. Why does it think I can tune to those 14 channels and not the other 54 when both tuners show as busy in the Status?
When I hit 'F1' to go to the guide with Live TV playing it shows me the full list of channels and lets me tune to any of them. There are posts about this going back at least 2 years so presumably it is intended behavior but to a newbie it sure seems like a bug. Is there a way for me to get the channel +/- and 'Now Playing' lists to show the full list instead of reduced set of channels? Whatever logic is populating that list doesn't seem to take into account that when you change the channel you are going to 'free' up the current live tv tuner.
Thanks
