Thank you. I will try this too. Really tearing my hair out here.
I can get to the 127.0.0.1 in chrome however when I try 127.0.0.1:8866 I get the usual connection error. I am thinking this might be to do with the issue too but not sure how to fix. I will give your fix a go too. Thanks

How do I check if I have others? I have also disabled windows defender temporarily to see if that fixes the problem
