Channels not playing

My phone is running 4.4.2 and just bought the android app and when I go to play a channel I get "Starting Transcode. Please wait" Message. It just sits there. Then goes to a black screen.
What am I doing wrong?
Please advise.

Will your app also work on a Android box? I am getting the same results on that as well.

It's only intended to be used on a phone or tablet at this stage, so not published on the Play Store with Android TV support enabled. I'm slowly working towards Android TV support, but that's not ready yet.

Should I be trying the video bitrate in settings?

Good Morning. I guess reinstalling the server fixed all of my issues. The Android app is now working.
