Australia - digital channel not being picked up - generated by digital modulator

Hi folks - In Australia we have a digital setup these days with TV and I'm new to this software. My previous software totalmedia player could detect a channel that i generate through my digital modulator (and all other tvs can do this as well). I've got all my free to air tvs picked up, but this one channel isnt? Can i add it manually? The frequency is channel 39 606.500mhz. Device comes up as - BDA DVB(ISDB)T Tuner (Dev1 Path0)

This is Greek to me … but … NextPVR uses .ini files at C:\Users\Public\NPVr\Tuning to specify the frequencies that will be scanned. Two lines near the top of the relevant .ini file identify the country and transmitter (though you might be using the Australia - All Regions .ini file). You can edit the .ini file to add the frequency that you need.

Dont worry about the greek, you're amazing that worked instantly. Just went into the .ini punched in that frequency in khz and rescanned - it picked it up straight away! Thanks heaps.
