There still is a problem with the NextPVR installer not updating the 64 bit ffmpeg to 32 bit which might be a problem for you.

The URL you used needs to be wrapped in quotes "http://127.0.0.1:8866/live?channel=3&transcoder=bfaf1fd4-6064-4ec7-b57e-bf7e773a9821"

When it settles down does the fps pick up fps= 18 won't give you enough for live transcoding.

On both the local and remote machines the fps settled to around 32 fps.

I was able to get the NextPVR web server to play live TV for about 10 seconds.

Many things get fixed in the time that has passeed since this thread started, however not all servers can transcode for the web at the spped required for live tv Open a new thread and post your logs, fully explaining you problem.

As I recall the problem in this thread was a residual problem created by another problem that prevented the NextPVR web server from starting discussed in previous thread: Unexpected error starting web server. Basically NTFS drive compression hoses .NET Framework. My media PC is a mini-PC (Minix Z83-4) which is limited to only a 32GB system drive so I compressed it to get more space. For some unknown reason .NET doesn't work on compressed NTFS drives. Anyway I decompressed the drive and the NextPVR web server started again, but there were residual problems - I think some .NET files were corrupted when the drive was compressed.

That is what this post was about. I had to repair the .NET installation. I used NETFXRepair.exe which I either downloaded from Microsoft or it is part of the .NET installation.
