Maybe shouldnt use the alpha version but same thing was on stable Krypton.

Basically it's timing out connecting to 198.168.1.3.
Check that is the correct IP address. Check that web server is running on that machine by opening http://198.168.1.3:8866 in your browser.

There was a time connecting to the NextPVR web server. Make sure your NextPVR is running and maybe try and access it from a browser in Mint. NextPVR logs would help if that doesn't work.
