EPG details missing

I just did a first installation of NextPVR and everything worked OK except I get no details in the EPG. In the EPG settings all channels show 2 sources for EPG data but I am not getting anything for any channel. any ideas - I am in Australia. When I click on Update EPG I get a Status window show up but it appears to be compressed and I cannot see the text in the box. How do I attach a screenshot? I did see one thread with a similar problem but it has not been visited for 15 years, hence this new thread. I just updated to Win 10 (old PC started playing up and I cannot use WMC anya longer. Other alternatives like KODI are too complicated. NextPVR looks ideal but without the EPG it is useless.

What you need click update epg and then whent that finishes zip your logs from the main setting screen and then upload them to the forum. That is much better than screenshots for support.

Is it just the size of this status message stopping things? ie, if you just leave it running a few minutes, I assume this status message windows goes away and your guide has been updated?

Regarding the size of that windows, what resolution are you running your desktop at, and what is the text size set to (100%, 125% etc)? If the problem relates to this text size being more than 100%, you can probably just tweak the DPI settings in the NextPVR.exe shortcut, and the problem will go away.
