Bad URL in Desktop App

If I click the "Configure NextPVR Server" on the desktop app "About" page, the browser is launched but cannot find the web app. The URL is still specifying port 8866 even after I changed config.xml <WebServer><Port> to 8867.

Do I need to change the port somewhere else?

Does the same for me. I have my v5 server running on 8867
