Maybe the row names for QAM/ATSC and DVB-T/DVB-C being the same might be an SQL issue on the server? If you disable tuners you aren't using does that help?

I tested somethings here and the tray app doesn't handle duplicate channel numbers. Could that be your problem?

There is something weird going on here too.
If I start the server I get Code: { When I play live tv or record my silicon dust tuner goes away. When I stop live tv I get a completely new name Code: { I don't see this with my linux box. Martin

Shutdown the service and the Tray app.
Cleared out my c:\users\public\npvr and c:\users\public\npvr-data directories. Started the service and the Tray app. All devices were detected - left order at default Scanned for channels, left channel sequences at default. Change EPG source for all channels to my XMLTV file & updated epg. Ran a live ty. Similar behaviour to previously: Device disappeared from Tray status window while liveTV running. No indication in Tray status window while liveTV running. Device reappeared under a different name when live tv ended. Tray Icon did not change whilst running LiveTV

Your earlier logs clearly show the same problem I have for your tuner oid 36. Seems like an HDHR issue
