Just noticed that with Live TV running, the Web Status (Settings/About/Device Status) is showing "No devices are currently active"

I'm at a bit of a loss at this stage - I've been trying to reproduce, but it seems ok here.

Did you try on an HDHR?

Have found that when using the HDHR device type, the status and tray icon are working.

When using the DVB-T device type, the problems exist.

However, I *really* want to be using the DVB-T as it supports recording multiple streams concurrently on the same frequency using a single tuner (not possible with the HDHR device type).

I didn't mean the HDHR protocol, I meant the device.

Code:
<rsp stat="ok">
<Status>
<Device oid="30" identifier="LocalRecorder (Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 1110B006-1)"> </Device>
<Device oid="32" identifier="LocalRecorder (Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 1111199E-0)"> </Device>
<Device oid="34" identifier="LocalRecorder (Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 1111199E-1)"> </Device>
<Device oid="38" identifier="LocalRecorder (Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 1230D360-1)"> </Device>
<Device oid="36" identifier="LocalRecorder (Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 1230D360-0)"> </Device>
</Status>
</rsp>
...
<rsp stat="ok">
<Status>
<Device oid="30" identifier="LocalRecorder (Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 1110B006-1)"> </Device>
<Device oid="32" identifier="LocalRecorder (Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 1111199E-0)"> </Device>
<Device oid="34" identifier="LocalRecorder (Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 1111199E-1)"> </Device>
<Device oid="38" identifier="LocalRecorder (Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 1230D360-1)"> </Device>
</Status>
</rsp>
...
<rsp stat="ok">
<Status>
<Device oid="30" identifier="LocalRecorder (Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 1110B006-1)"> </Device>
<Device oid="32" identifier="LocalRecorder (Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 1111199E-0)"> </Device>
<Device oid="34" identifier="LocalRecorder (Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 1111199E-1)"> </Device>
<Device oid="38" identifier="LocalRecorder (Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 1230D360-1)"> </Device>
  <Device oid="36" identifier="Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner 1230D360-0:1">
  </Device></Status>
</rsp>

The oid 36 is the one to watch.

Yes.

I did find the cause of what you were referring to, with the name change for the BDA DVB-T device as show in his logs, but this does not stop it working. I'd fixed that for the next build.

It only lists devices that have channels. So, if you delete channels, it'll no longer list that device.

But if you look in the post above oid 36 starts in the list, disappears while live tv is playing and comes back with the new name. That is what I am seeing too. You can d/l his logs to see that.

I've given him a couple of things to try via PM to get more info. I'll wait and see what he comes back with.
