Is it possible to have more than one time listed for the automatic EPG update in v5? If so how do you format it? Also is there some way to auto refresh my IPTV m3u list in devices?

Yes. On the Settings->Guide page, you can have multiple update times listed. Just comma separate them. ie "03:00,09:00"

Only manually, by going into the device on the Settings->Devices page, and hitting the 'update m3u' button. It's a pretty blunt tool though, and will just import any missing channels that existing in the m3u, which is often not what users will want. (since they've often filtered or deleted to only a subset of the channels they're interested in)

In future I'm looking at popup shown when you click 'update m3u', where you can select which channel groups you're interested in updating.
