Just as FYI, still broken in latest build (5.0.1.200103). Don't know if you have gotten to it yet, but wanted to let you know just in case.

It was fixed for my HDPVR, can you upload your zipped files.txt file? Also confirm that NPVRTSReader5.ax is Dec. 29th.

Did you check the client sub folder with NextPVR.exe?

Ah yes, there it is! No, it's created Dec 21, modified Dec 22. I did the usual unzip with replacement routine, but I must have screwed it up since the one in the zip file IS Dec 29. I'll try the unzip again and make sure I do it correctly.

OK, I did the unzip again. It's now dated Dec 28, not 29, but it appears to be working. Sorry, I have no idea how I botched the unzip, but apparently I did. Must be age.

It's easy to leave ntray or nextpvr running and screw up an update when you don't pay attention. Sub has a new installer/updater coming which should solve most of these issues.

I have generally been stopping the service and exiting the tray exe. I assume that's good enough. It's possible I just forgot something...I don't know. Thanks for the help. BTW, I don't REALLY have a need for the desktop app. The web app does everything I need quite well. I guess I just think if it's there, it should probably work.
