You need to stop the runnning instance of nextpvr your created without a name

To get the container_id run (from ssh not ftp)

docker ps

then

docker stop container_id
and remove it
docker rm container_id

them run the new command. Once it is named nextpvr you won't have to worry about using the container_id anymore.

You didn't include the change to not use UTC but otherwise it says it is running. Can't you connect to it?

Ok I guess you have one folder that has a space in it or something or there is issue with your ftp software.

From ssh

cd /storage
ls

should show all the folders with a trailing slash.

I am guessing you did something that added CRLF to the folder nextpvr and it shows as nextpvr?

Why not delete it?

Again, I have no idea what you are showing me. You didn't delete the folder you created with the junk name but that doesn't impact NextPVR, and this should work. Can you not access the config with a browser.

To save time in the future you don't need to use the container_id anymore with docker commands just use nextpvr now that it is name.

xmltv doesn't need to load every channel manually but it's a different topic
