I normally run my HTPC desktop at 3840x2160 @ 60 Hz.
When I play DVD or Blu-ray discs using JRiver MC, the application is able to switch resolution and frequency to match the content.
Can NextPVR do the same ?
The reason I want this is to take advantage of my display's motion enhancement (frame interpolation) which is really quite good. The display is an Optoma UHD65 4K projector.
By downgrading the video mode to 1920x1080 @ 30 Hz, ATSC broadcasts look much smoother, as the display's motion enhancement is engaged.
I can do this manually from the nVidia control panel, but I'm wondering if NextPVR could do that automatically when in full screen mode.
