Here are the New Tuning ini's for the Major Transmitters for UK Freeview First & Second Quarter 2020 (that's Jaanuary - May) Re-tune events recently released by Digital UK.

These should be the last in the 5g selloff clearance - how long before 6g clearance starts

Sub - in a couple of months I will upload the complete UK Major Transmitters (4 Mux and above) post 700Mhz Clearance Set.
At the moment (in the latest v5 installer) there are around 7 different Mendip ini's - similar for most of the other Tx's - at that time it would be sensible to delete all the UK entries and replace with the new set.

I also have a spread sheet that can generate any Freeview light (3 muxes) ini if anyone needs them - wonder if it could be incorporated in the new Wiki? It would not be worth wile generating over 1150 of them, probably never to be used.

Once again a belated thanks for your hard work keeping these ini updates going. My local Belmont had it's change last week and I forgot all about it ;(

It looks as though the end is in sight. The final re-tunes, postponed due to the Corona-virus fiasco sorry pandemic, have been re-scheduled:

United Kingdom - Wales - Moel y Parc --- Aug 12 (Orig. Apr 22 2020)
United Kingdom - Granada - Winter Hill --- Aug 12 (Orig. Apr 22 2020)
United Kingdom - Granada - Saddleworth --- Aug 12 (Orig. Apr 22 2020)
United Kingdom - Granada - Storeton --- Aug 12 (Orig. Apr 22 2020)

After 19th August (a few remaining Freeview lite tx on this date) 700mhz clearence should be completed.


Sub I have attached a complete set of post 700 Mhz Clearence UK Freeview Main Transmitter ini files all dated Sep 2020
These all have the latest frequencies including COM 7 and Local Muxes where appropriate. (COM 8 has now been removed)
There is also a UK all channels which has had obsolete channels (to Freeview) removed.
It would be worth removing every UK DVB-T ini and using these new ones instead.
