minor request. time and date format

With both web browser and nlite please request tie and date format to be in Windows format choice i.e.  7/3/2020 15:45

For the browser, you'll probably find it's because your browser is set for a US date format.

For example, in chrome open chrome://settings/languages, and add the 'English (United Kingdom)' to the languages. and move it to the top of the list, then you'll get a format more like you're expecting.

Firefox 73.0.1  settings/language is English United Kingdom display the wrong format - Edge (cough, spit) display OK so I'll persure a problem here

Chrome displays correctly as long as you add the correct language
