You'll have to stick to whatever EPG system you used previously then. This new DVB EPG option only works with scan type 2.

You shouldnt have to do anything.

This feature may or may not help you.

Quote:Another Q, Sub - the changelog says that there is now support for grabbing EPG from DVB cards. Does it matter what kind of DVB card? USB / internal? DVB-S / DVB-C? Is there any instructions how to do it?
Thanks, GGF
It only works with BDA DVB-T/S cards that are supported by GB-PVR, and it only works for that specific capture source. For example, if you have a TwinHan DVB-T capture source for recording, it can get its own listings from DVB stream. These listings can not be used for any other capture source in the machine.

GB-PVR does not support DVB-C cards.

Got it now ... Smile

I'm testing arround with the EPG DVB Thing ...

ITs scanning now and it finds something, but some channelsnames are totaly wrong,
in the version v0.93.10 there were found channels with (AC3) behind the name,
now in some channel are undefined characters ... it had the same problem with the
version before v0.93.10 ...

Haven't installed this release yet, but I seem to recall you indicated you were thinking about making the onscreen channel number display editable for size, position, etc. Curious if it made iy into this release?
