Could someone provide an Unraid template?

I'm attempting to set this up on Unraid, but really am green behind the ears when it comes to Dockers.
Can someone screenshot their container variables please? I wasn't sure what to pick out of that xml, and where to put them :-( Cheers!

Never mind.. I got it working by pulling the data out of the xml - finally figured it out!

Just one recent change in that the Repository was nextpvr/nextpvr_amd64:latest should now be nextpvr/nextpvr_amd64: stable

Does this look correct? Wasn't sure which template to chose.
the Buffer-Transcode is going to a SSD on Unassigned devices https://imgur.com/a/O9nVORE I also do not have a picture for the docker using https://hub.docker.com/r/nextpvr/nextpvr_amd64 but i also couldnt really find a NextPVR logo anywhere to link it to.
