OK, there is definitely no ffdshow in there, so unfortunately no obvious cause.

Okay, thanks for looking at the problem, I'll try to see if I there are some newer versions of the decoders I use.

Hi Sub, Im having a weird issue that ive never had before... when i specify the channel numbers for my 5 terrestrial chanels in the config app, save and open GB-PVR the channel numbers are lost and revert back to the defaults. I have just done a full reinstall, but have used every release previous with no such problem.
I see no one else has reported anything similair recently and so suspect its something specific to my install but cant think what. I see no error messages in the config.exe log file.
any ideas?

Loving your work mate

Yes, there is a bug I'm aware of that is causing this. I'm preparing a fix.

It was the later.....I have updated the Processing Tab in config as you indicated above...we'll see how it works tonight.

Thanks. Big Grin

Just installed the new version, upgraded ok, what I have tested is working. Problem is the web admin. If you hit the Statistics tab, I see

"System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at gbweb.Info.GetRecordingStatuses() in c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\web\info.aspx.cs:line 181 at gbweb.Info.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) in c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\web\info.aspx.cs:line 64"

on th every top two line of the web page. It does show statistics and I have used the EPG/shheduled recordings, etc. This seems to be the only problem I have found so far.

Keep up the great work sub!! Smile

I'm getting a problem w/ regular MPEG I files I just noticed...it won't play them. It just goes to a black screen. All other types seem to work, and it plays fine in WMP.

It looks like its trying to use two audio decoders, so that would be a good place to start your investigation.

I did a little. I tried different decoders in the CP, but it still loaded (intervideo and deafult). I switched the multiplexer too and no luck. I can play the file in Media Player, so it's not OS.

What would make GB want to use both? These are files that were playing fine in the last version. I may restore it and see what happens.
