5.0.4 Upgrade Looses Audio/Video Sync (SOLVED)

Since upgrading to 5.0.4 I can no longer receive synchronised audio/video from my HDHomeRun Duo.
Before the update the image was rock solid, so much so I'd forget I was watching on PC and think I was watching on 4K TV.
I'm currently using LAV Codecs which use 80% of Video Hardware Resources on Live Playback but even so I loose synchronisation. The Microsoft Codecs are no longer usable as image freezes and then double times to catchup.
I've attached attached Logs and details of my PC. Hope they can be of some help.

Which client do you want us to look at web or NextPVR.exe

The Desktop Client please NextPVR.exe. Prefer this to web app.

Did you configure LAV for all the audio decoder types and did you ensure that you have the current LAV 32 bit decoders https://github.com/Nevcairiel/LAVFilters/releases

Something else I should have mentioned is that video playback of recorded programmes stutters as well. Yet when I play the video using microsoft's Film & Tv App there's no problem at all, plays back fine.

To your questions about LAV Audio Codec, I'm using 0.74.1 and all formats are selected. Screenshot attached.

It is the NextPVR Decoder settings that need to be set to LAV, typically the LAV defaults are fin.

Also is that that 32 bit or 64 bit LAV? You need the 32bit LAV even if your Windows is 64 bit.

They're 64 Bit, will change them to 32 Bit now.

Uninstalled LAV Codecs and re-installed 32 Bit only. Still have the same problem, looses syncronisation. Most noticable on HD channels (which I watch the most), better on SD channels. But still not as before change. GPU use 80-90% CPU 20-30%.
