I've posted logs for you. Reading someone else's post you may not have been notified as I amended an existing post. So, I'll upload the logs on this post a well.

There is nothing particularly obvious in the logs.

Does it have the problem playing recordings? If yes, can you please supply a sample recording? Put it somewhere like OneDrive or DropBox, and let me know the download url.

I watched both files through, and they stayed in sync the whole way through. I also tried a bit of skipping around and they stayed in sync. I was using the LAV decoders.

For you, is it out from the beginning, or drift over time, or goes out when you skip?

How are you connected to your speakers? Are these connected directly to your TV, or carried with HDMI to your TV/Monitor, or via optical cable, or something else? If you have another option, can you temporarily try it to see if it makes a difference? I've seen Windows do some odd things with audio renderers in the past. It can also make a difference which default audio output device Windows has selected.

The PC is connected to TV via HDMI. However, I have connected a sound bar to TV via Bluetooth. So, shut down sound bar and used internal speakers (No change). The HD videos starts with a two second or so delay and gradually playback gets worse. Stuttering and stopping.
The SD video starts about 1 second or so out but the video double times and catches up.

What i miss the most is realtime TV as it's now unwatchable.

if no one else is reporting problems it's probably something to do with my install.

Do you think it worth doing a fresh install from scratch?

Could you show us a screen capture of the decoders screen?

Also what if you try 1080p for your screen?

Changing screen resolution from 3840x2160 to 1920x1080 worked. Video Playback AND live playback are working again.

Don't know why the resolution has become a problem it's been working fine till now.

I've attached decoders and LAV decodec settings (during playback) screenshots.

Honestly, I don't think reinstalling NextPVR will make any difference. NextPVR doesn't really do much with the audio playback itself, that's largely down to the audio decoders and audio renderer. We've seen a couple of people with these sorts of problems over the years. You could maybe try selecting other audio renderer options in the Settings->Decoders screen if you have them. Otherwise maybe see if there is updated drivers for your audio chipset?

Yeah, that's weird. Like I said though, it's typically oddball stuff happening outside of NextPVR. Largely its the decoders and renderers responsible for this stuff.

Thank you Sub and Martin for sorting my problem out, you've both spent a lot of your valuable time on this and it's much appreciated.

In the mean time I'll see if I can figure out why a resolution of 3840x2160 has become problematic.

Stay Safe in these Strange Days!
