BBC Channels not appearing - yorkshire uk

Hi I currently use V4 (win10) with no issues,  i have built a new win2019 server for V5. I have used a hauppauge usb stick from my V4 server to try it out.

V5 works fine, records ok,  except i am missing bbc channels

With V5 i am unable to detect BBC channels , i use the emley moor transmitter and i have tried various combinations all uk, emley moor old and new, and all countries etc. Version: 5.0.5.200518

V4 BBC1 has these as parameters, 522000, SID 4169, TSID 4169 & onid 9018

Can you advise on my next steps ?

I would reboot and try again hopefully trying the many patches scattered around the forum for the current build.

These appear to be the correct frequencies for that mast ... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emley_Moor..._frequency

It should find BBC1 (and others) on 682000 ... but the log has this repeatedly ...

I suggest that you do a test by removing all splitters and extension aerial cables and try again.

its interesting the two pcs are next to each other i take the usb adaptor from one and plug it in, if i take it back to the v4 the setup is fine

also the v4 setup has bbc on this frequency

Forgive me ... But ... Are you sure that V4 is getting its signal from Emley Moor?

ha! graham you caught me out  , from the gbpvr days of setting up in 2005, emley moor was my transmitter - 

done some digging, freeview says i should use bilsdale, that returns zero stations, (my aerial is not pointing in that direction)

a bbc site has suggested three transmitters - inc emley moor !

can i reverse engineer from my working existing V4 setup what transmitter i am using it could be two as per the pic attached ?
