Help with wrong Device Channels

I have tried to set 'Melbourne' and also All regions - Australia several times and both don't map the correct channels to their numbers. Is there an updated database available?

You did not provide any useful information in this post. You need to include a full set of zipped logs (from the web app Settings page). From the logs we can probably figure out what tuner type you are trying to use and what you did. But to get the best support, you should also tell us that information.

Try increasing <ScanDropTime> in config.xml. Set it to like 6000, then restart and try rescanning.

@sub sorry, but the suggestion doesn't work. The channels are still all over the place and don't get mapped properly.
