Cannot Get the App to Work on My Samsung S10e

I have installed, re-installed, but it doesn't matter, the app will not run on my phone.  I have searched the forum and I find it hard to believe that I am the only one that this is happening to.  After trying to open it, it immediately shuts down.  If I try 10 -15 times, maybe I can get it work for a bit.   It is Android version 10, One UI version 2.1, Kernel version 4.14.117, knox version 3.4.1.  I don't know what else you would need to evaluate this problem.  Attached are the screens I eventually see from the continual crashes.

The only reports I remember, with issues starting the app, have been posts made by you, and I'm not really sure what the issue might be.

We're probably going to need to collect some logs from the device, so we can get an error message. Unfortunately it looks like it's not very straight forward for a user to collect logs. If you want to give it a go, there is a few pages like the following that describe the process.

Wow, you were right, it was not straight-forward or easy; but I finally got it to work.  Here is the Android crash log.  I attempted to run NextPVR twice, so you might see the crash event repeat.  Good luck.

Just curious, do you have channels with no listings?

Every single channel is showing a show. Channels OK, guide OK.

Worked perfectly the first time i tried it. Then I closed it and tried again. 2nd time it loaded but channels and guide are blank. Recordings, Search and Settings show data / information. Tried it 3rd time and it works again. 4th time, channels and guide are black. 5th tiime, channels flashed on screen for 0.5 seconds, then channels and guide black. So sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't...
