RAM Timeshift and comskip

It would be nice to have the option to use either RAM or hard drive for timeshift.  I currently have 16 gb ram on my chromebox as my TVHeadend server which allows you to have the option.

It would also be nice if comskip was integrated into NextPVR so you can set it in the UI.  TVHeadend has a blank window which allows you to set the settings for comskip.

NextPVR seems simpler to set up compared to TVHeadend which got me looking at it closer.

Create a ram disk, you will find it makes little difference in real world performance.

Adding the one line required for comskip to the script file is trivial, we just need a better wiki.
