That is a pretty good log. It might be a multirec issue. It looks like a tuner is starting a channel before the previous channel on the same frequency is stopped.

I think that's it. I only have a single tuner. I cycled through basically my entire channel list just now on Jellyfin with no issues by exiting to the main tv guide every time i wanted to change channels. Then I tried cycling channels quickly using the popup tv guide (which still has the current channel running in the background), and on the 2nd channel change the crash happened.

Going to test other devices but at the moment it seems that as long as I avoid using popup guides and don't switch channels too quickly everything works fine.
